We’re looking for a bubbly, detail-oriented and proactive Front Office Coordinator to join our team at Smiles Are Us – Park Holme.You’ll be the first smile our patients see, the calm in the chaos, and the one who keeps everything moving behind the scenes.This is a full-time position with long-term stability in a genuinely supportive, low-drama team.

✔️ You’re bubbly, proactive, and organised
✔️ You’re a natural at making people feel welcome
✔️ You take initiative and keep things running smoothly
✔️ Dental admin experience is a bonus, but not essential
✔️ You’re looking for a long-term role in a great team (not just something to tide you over)
Front Office Co-ordinator
💼 What You’ll Own at the Front Desk
✅ Managing the front desk, patient bookings, and reception workflow
✅ Handling calls, emails and appointment scheduling
✅ Creating a warm, calm, professional patient experience
✅ Processing payments, HICAPS and health fund claims
✅ Supporting the clinical team to keep everything on track
✅ [Optional] Helping with social media or SMS campaigns if you’re into that sort of thing
